Q. Do you charge additional travel fee if your technician doesn't have a part with him on his first visit and he has to come back again?

No, we don't. For your repairs our technicians carry all the most common parts in their trucks and vans. In case if technician doesn't have a part, you won't have to pay any additional charges for the second trip.
